Clare Bourke BMS – Manager Homeloans
Clare joined NZF in early 2003 after returning from London where she spent her time with the Bank of New York. Prior to this Clare gained her New Zealand banking experience with ASB Bank Limited spending 4 years in various lending and investment advisory roles. Her final project with ASB included the initial proposal and development of management units working with the banks HVC clients. Clare completed her BMS at Waikato University and is currently working towards her MBA with Auckland University.

Dave Shatford Dip P Fin Plan(Waikato) – General Manager Investments and Insurance
Dave moved to his current role in July 2007 from GM Distribution for NZF mortgage and insurance broking division New Zealand Mortgage Finance Limited (NZMF). Dave has a wealth of experience in investments and insurance from the 32 plus years he spent in the financial services industry. His specialist insurance knowledge came from his senior management roles at Aon (where he ran Aon’s life insurance distribution area) and before this AMP, where he was in the life insurance business development area, his last role being National Manager Broker Distribution. Prior to this he spent over ten years in ANZ Bank’s funds management division, initially in administration and marketing management roles, prior to going abroad for an extended period. On his return to New Zealand in 1993 he was appointed as a Financial Planner with ANZ Funds Management and later as ANZ’s Financial Planning Manager; in charge of systems, audit, training and development of ANZ’s Investment Advisory Service and personnel. Dave joined NZF when Approved Mortgage Brokers Limited (where Dave was CEO and part owner) merged with NZF subsidiary NZMF. Dave started his career with the ANZ in 1977, where he held a number of senior and managerial roles over the 23 years he worked there, including residential and commercial lending, credit control, marketing, administration, investment and insurance.

Greg Lockhart – Commercial Business Development Manager
Greg joined the company in April 2007 with over 25 years experience in the finance industry. He spent 16 years with the National Bank in various retail and commercial roles and held executive positions during the last 5 years as a Branch Manager and a Commercial Manager. Greg has worked in London as a home loan underwriter and then for GE Capital as a mortgage insurance underwriter. For the last 6 years he was a Commercial Manager with the ASB bank.

Malcolm Lindeque CA, B Com CA (SA) – Chief Financial Officer
Malcolm qualified as an accountant in South Africa working initially for Ernst & Young. He has also held various positions over the ensuing period as group accountant and financial controller in the private sector with one such position as financial controller for an entity which employed over 1,000 staff and annual turnover in excess of $75,000,000. Malcolm joined NZF in October 2003 and his experience has proven valuable to the NZF Group. He is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Scot Bailey – Product and Business Development Manager
Scot joined NZF with operational experience from an international market in the niche non-conforming lending industry. He was the New Zealand Operations Manager with non-conforming lender Liberty Financial and has an extensive introducer network across New Zealand. As Operations Manager with Baycorp Advantage, Scot assisted in the administration set-up of non-conforming lender Pepper Homeloans. Scot has 9 years of banking experience with Westpac and Westpac Trust in various lending roles.

Scot has assisted NZF in the product development, administration, process and systems set-up of NZF HomeLoans and is now a key member of the NZF Business Development Team.

Jenny Campbell – Business Development Manager
Jenny joined NZF in September 2007, following on from a Business Development role with another financial services group. Prior to this, Jenny was a Mortgage Broker specialising in the more complex non-conforming mortgage sector. This hands-on industry experience gained from a face to face client advisory role has been a very valuable asset, giving her a unique insight in the challenges and opportunities in the Adviser/Client relationship. Jenny is a key member of the NZF sales team and is involved in relationship management and product training of Mortgage Brokers and Financial Advisers through out New Zealand.

Susan Gin – Investment Manager
Susan joined NZF in 2001 leaving ASB Bank Limited where she worked in several roles, the most recent being a settlement clerk in ASB’s foreign exchange department. Susan’s role involves all aspects of the processing and maintaining of NZF’s investment business. Susan deals directly with depositors and brokers/planners who direct deposit business to the Company.

Tony Milicich – General Manager Lending
Tony has over 30 years experience in Banking and Finance having worked for Bank of New Zealand, AGC, Treasury Group and ASB Bank. Prior to joining New Zealand Finance Limited in 2005, Tony worked for ASB for 12 years in the Northland Regional Office where he was initially Regional Credit manager being responsible for all approvals across all three divisions [Personal, Business banking and Rural] and had an operational discretion on $1.5 million. Following each division of the Bank taking over it's own credit operation Tony was promoted to Commercial Manager Northland and continued in this role for 7 years. For the financial year ended June 2005, Tony was the "The Best Overall Commercial Manager for 2005" in ASB. Tony joined NZF in October 2005.
