David Watton FCA - Acting Chief Financial Officer
David qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK in 1992 and has worked in senior management roles for a number of mid-tier firms, principally in the area of Audit and Assurance. David has been with NZF since March 2008 and his experience in the areas of audit, financial reporting and risk management combined together with his knowledge of the Securities Regulations compliments the strengths of the NZF team. David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Clinton Chang BSc - Information and Technology Manager
Clinton graduated from university in 2002 and after this joined the IT industry, gaining experience with network administration, hardware installation and management, data processing as well as application and web software development. He joined NZF in 2006 and manages the companies; computer systems network, communications network, software applications, hardware and all other IT requirements of the company. Clinton has also developed the company’s in-house software, including NZF's servicing calculator and websites.
