Joining or Transferring is easy - here's how
1. Complete the application form and provide a copy of one form of
identification from the list below:
- Passport (identification pages)
- New Zealand drivers licence
- Marriage certificate
- Birth certificate
- Firearms licence
- HANZ 18+ card
- Community services card
- Tertiary student photo ID
You do not have to provide any identification if:
- your initial payment is by personal cheque; or
- your regular payment is by direct debit from your personal bank account
2. Mail the original application form and any other relevant documentation to:
